Terms of Service

All work I do, paid, raffled or otherwise will fall under my terms which are as follows.

1. All payments for services rendered will be conducted through PayPal invoices

2. I reserve the right to use or display any works created, unless the full rights are purchased.

3. You as purchaser have full rights of redistribution with accreditation/personal use/non-commercial use of artwork commissioned

4. You may not use my artwork to train, or be edited/used by any AI models.

5. Optionally, you may purchase full rights from me for an additional fee, including commercial use of my artwork, however I still reserve the right of accreditation.

6. Small edits, changes, fixes, etc. for artwork is a free service, however large or numerous substantial changes will come with a fee.

7. Subject matter, including characters, scenery, rendering, cinematography, etc, which is excessively detailed or complex will cost above average, you will be made aware of this, if applicable, at time of query.

8. If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, let me know immediately, I cannot guarantee 100% refunds depending on how much work has already been done.
